Remote Desktop Connection works at home but office Situation: A lawyer can access his client's Windows 2003 server using RDC but he can do the same in his office. Troubleshooting: We tested it using the telnet and found the port 3389 is open. We could access it from our office. However, we have the same issue if we are in the lawyer's firm. After talked to the firm's administrator, we found they had a Cisco ASA blocking port 3389. Related Topics
