Situation: The client has FreeAge drive connecting to their SBS 2003. When
running Seagate Manager on the server, they receive this message: "No
external drives were found. Make sure your external drive is connected and
turned on".
Troubleshooting: the client confirms that the drive is connecting to the
server and has tried many times to unplug and re-plug it to the server. We
find connection, Windows Explorer and Devices manager are fine. Finally, we
find the problem is the Seagate service was no running. Restarting the
Seagate service fixes the problem.
