No way to select Tray in network printer - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: When attempting to print a word document, the user doesn't have option to select which tray to use. The only selection is Automatically Select.

Troubleshooting: With Word open, go to Page Setup or Preference. You will have more options to select Trays.
