Troubleshooting Peplink using Support information

In a case you need to troubleshoot Peplink, you may access Peplink utility support page.. To do that, please follow these steps.

1. Login Peplink web utility, for example https://peplinkip/cgi-bin/MANGA/index.cgi

2. Change the URL to https://peplinkip/cgi-bin/MANGA/support.cgi

3. You can check LAN and WAN packets, errors. You can also turn on the remote assistance for Peplink technician to view them.

3. You can also check health and download Diagnostics Report.
