Problem to print PDF - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: 1. when attempting to print a PDF file, it may print half page or missing characters.

2. You can print our the PDF you create but can't print a PDF file someone sent to you.

Troubleshooting: In the printer properties, you may want to uncheck Choose paper source by PDF page size as shown below.
