An authentication error occurred Situation: The Barracuda Backup Report has "An authentication error occurred" error logged
Troubleshooting: run connectivity test and doesn't pass with Username and/or password seem to be incorrect message. Make sure enter username and password.
ERROR: Failed to connect via WebDAV for mailbox 'Exchange Backup\SETUP' The mailbox of setup has been moved to a new exchange 2010 so that Exchange 2003 backup can't access it.
Situation: After Creating a Exchange backup and entering the username and password, you receive Failed to backup.
Resolution: We found the user we added in the Barracuda Backup doesn't have Receive As and Send As permissions.
Mailbox access verification failed, please review reasons
Situation: When testing connectivity, you receive this message: span id="exchange_connectivity_status0" class="error"> Status: Mailbox access verification failed, please review reasons: UUnable to access mailbox 'blin' on server 'MAIL' storage group 'First Storage Group' mailbox database 'Mailbox Store (MAIL)' Troubleshooting: the user we added in the Barracuda Backup doesn't have Receive As and Send As permissions to access some of mailboxes.
Situation: when trying to restore a email, we open the message level backup and navigate to the Inbox. However, the Inbox doesn't show any emails. The backup report doesn't show any backup errors./p>
Resolution: Upgrade the Firmware to 3.1. & Username and/or password seem to be incorrect. Situation: the client can't backup using Barracuda.
Troubleshooting: when we run Test Exchange Connectivity, we receive this message: span id="exchange_connectivity_status" class="style4">Status: Username and/or password seem to be incorrect. Make sure you enter correct username and password.
