One way access only

Symptoms: You have two computers in your network. One computer A can accesses computer B without any problems. However, the computer B can not access the computer A.

Causes: 1. The File and Printer sharing has not been enabled.

2. No files or folders are shared.

3. The computer A is XP and the computer B is win98, and you donít logon win98 using the same username and password of computer A.

4. You logon computer A as administrator while logon computer B as a regular user who doesnít have right to access the computer A.

5. The guest account is enabled on computer B but not on computer A.

6. You logon the same user but the computer A doesnít have setup permissions for the user to access.
