Q: My Windows 7 works fine and can access the Internet. However, when I run nslookup, it show these information:

Does our DNS server has a settings issue?

A; The problem is Reverse Lookup Zones miss 19.16.172-add.arpa as shown below. We use subnet 255.255.252. When creating reverse zones, we need to enter 16.16.172-add-arpa.to 19.16.172.add.arpa. Adding 19.16.172.add.arpr fixes the problem.
