VMware: Can't fork - Resource temporarily unavailable

Situation: 1. When trying to access VMware or VM, you may receive General system error occurred: Communication with virtual machine may have been interrupted.

2. When you try to login the host console, you may receive this error: Can't fork - Resource temporarily unavailable.

Resolution: Install latest VMware update and manufacturer hardware update. This how to may help too.

This is a known issue with ESX3i, and is fixed in Update 2.
