VMware: connection failed ESX 3.5 server

Postby chicagotech » Thu Apr 09, 2009 4:29 pm

Situation: You were disconnected from VMware ESX server when running VMware Infrastructure Management. When trying to re-login, you receive the following error: failed to reconnect to the server.

Troubleshooting: The VIM evaluation expired. If you just re-install the VIM with a new license, you may need to reboot the ESX server.
