Postini Directory Sync takes only one user

Q: I have setup Gmail/Postinni Directory sync. It works, but it take only one user. Why.

A: make sure Base DN without cn=username. All users uner cn=users should be imported. Check this example settings: Postini Direct Sync Settings - http://www.howtonetworking.com/others/postinisync1.htm .

To add just one user, the Base DN format is cn=username,cn=users,dc=jumboinc,dc=com
