Can't remote access: RPC server is unavailable

Problem
========
When you used Computer Management to remotely access the properties of some
XP computers, the following error message sometimes was received:

System Properties
Win32: The RPC server is unavailable.

Cause
========
The remote administration was disabled by Windows Firewall.

Resolution
========
Enable Windows Firewall GPO: Allow remote administration exception and
specify the network range.
