Start>Run>control userpasswords2>Advanced>Manage Passwords. Then remove the credentials from there.

How about delete domain user profile?

Also you may use regedit to delete it. This post may give more details.

Can't logon using domain ...
Can't logon using domain credential offline ... The domain user name was changed and the user could log on with the new credential. ...
