Winload.exe error 0XC0000001

I have a new server based on a Supremicro motherboard. I am using SATAII
drives and the DVD (SATA) was doa. I have an external usb enclosure that I
hooked up an IDE DVD player to and set the bios to boot from usb devices.
The Windows 2008 image I burned to a DVD (two different times) will start up
and start the installation only to bomb out with the Winload.exe error
0XC0000001. I have tried two different DVD players also. Anyone have any
thoughts of what to try next?

- A little investigation showed a bad stick of ram. So far, the installation
is working..... I will update.
