Network and sharing center freezes, server execution failed

It Works perfect now! Thank you. Just out of my curiousity, why I didnt had
this problem before ? Is there any glitch in the OS?

turned out when i was restarting at the end of that process it wasn't
restarting correctly, so finally did get to work and it did fix the problem
thank you !
