Postby guest » Sun Jun 24, 2012 9:28 pm

I have a problem with my WiFi connection on HP Pavillion desktop. The problem occured after I upgraded from Visat to W7. My WiFi connection drops out after several hours of connection. After restart, which takes for ever with an error message, everything is fine agian. I've read and followed others's similar issue , Ihave not been able to resolve it yet. Is there any suggestions?

Here are detail steps below:

1. Open Control Panel and click Windows Firewall. Click the "Turn Windows Firewall on or off" option in the left panel and then please turn off firewall temporarily.

2. To install a driver in Compatibility Mode, please refer to the link below:

Install a Hardware Device Driver using Compatibility Mode

3. If the issue still persists, please restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. When the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, select Safe Mode with Networking, and then press Enter. Then, please check the result in this mode.
