Network issue in Best Western hotel

Situation: The guests have problems to access the internet in the hotel.

Case 1: The wireless signal is weak and need to switch other wireless channel.
2. After switch from wireless to wired, can't access the internet. Reset modem or need to flush DNS.
3. Dead modem.
