Only iPad and iPhone get "Unable to join the network"

In our Office, we are running Cisco AP. All wireless devices work fine except iPad and iPhone. They get "Unable to join the network". I have follow this link: iPad or iPhone "Unable to join the network" - http://www.quicksetupguide.com/apple/ipad26.htm
But can't fix the problem.

Try disabling "WPA personal" while leaving "WPA2 personal" enabled. And it worked.

i have been having the same problem, all i did was go into the the settings, then wifi and when the network popped up i went into the settings of it by hitting the blue arrow on the right, then i scrolled down to HTTP proxy and it was on the OFF setting, Switching it to AUTO solved my connection problems.
