IPhone Calendar ActiveSync Fails w/ Exceptions

Postby guest » Wed May 16, 2012 11:51 am

An exception occurred and was handled by Exchange ActiveSync. This may have been caused by an outdated or corrupted Exchange ActiveSync device partnership. This can occur if a user tries to modify the same item from multiple computers. If this is the case, Exchange ActiveSync will re-create the partnership with the device. Items will be updated at the next synchronization.

From the error information, we can see it's corrupted partnership issue. So you can try to rebuild a profile in iphone and test the issue again. You can refer to the following article regarding how to do it.

If you encountered any issue when trying this, you may need to contact Apple for this problem.

However, if every users in the organization have this issue, please let me know.
