Troubleshooting wireless no signal

1. The wireless switch on your computer is turned off.

2. Windows is not configured to connect to the right type of network. Make sure the setting in Windows for this network matches the setting on the device.

3. The network you are looking for is set to not broadcast its network name (SSID).

In one case, the client didn't know the laptop has hardware switch to turn on/off the wireless. After he presses the button to turn on the wireless, it works.

We had another case like this one. The client bought a ell laptop. He thought the issue is the laptop didn't have wireless utility. But the problem is the wireless hardware switch is turn off.
