We have seen more and more cases like this one. So, I post some case collections here:

If you are Wireless users, try these:
1.Install latest wireless NIC driver from the manufacturer. Please refer to this post:
2.If there is no Windows 8 driver available, you may try to download latest Windows 7 driver.
3.Uncheck verify the server's identity by validating the certificate.
4.In 802.1x settings, please select “Specify authentication mode” and choose "User authentication" to have a try.
5.Update the router's firmware.
6.Switch wifi mode, for example from 802.11B to 802.11g.
7.Switch the encrypting settings, for example from AES to TKIP.

Please refer to this post:

If you are network administrator, please try these:
1.Check any errors in IAS. If you receive Event ID 2 in IAS, it could be certificate issue. The solution is unchecking Verify the server's identity by validating the certificate.
2.In one case, we switch the settings from WPAv2 to WPA in our Cisco wireless. That fixes the problem.
3.Upgrade wireless AP firmware or software.
4.It could be the DHCP issue. Make sure the DHCP is not out of the IP addresses.
5.Switch the encrypting settings, for example from AES to TKIP.
