How to fix PEO error: Sorry, The server is too busy

Situation: When attempting to access PEO website, you may receive this message: The server is too busy. Please try it again later.

Cause: The PEO server MAX Concurrent Users session is setup 100. (Note: this settings is located in Administration>System Setup>Site Settings). To view the concurrent sessions, go to Monitor>Activity>Current Activity.

Resolution: Login SQL on PEO server. Click New Query. By default, the database name is Master (under new Query). Select you database, for example PEO. Then run this script: exec Tix_CloseIdledsessions
