situation: When attempting to login Patron Edge Online website, the user receives this message:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: 'Session(...).Integration.My_Request_Result'
/customCBG/cbg_crm_login_1.asp, line 85

Resolution: restart Key service and PEO manager service.
