Can't print sale receipt uisng TM Vista

Situation: The client has two computers in the gatehouse that can't print sale receipt.

Troubleshooting; 1. All other TM Vista computers work.
2. Those two gatehouse computers can print sale report.
3. Even logon administrator has the same issue.
4. Changed the Front desk doesn't work either.
5. Changed the Default Receipt fixes the problem. To do that, Run Vista Back Office>Administration>Workstation Configuration>Receipt Printer.

Note: if the cash receipt works but not Credit card receipt, you also need to make sure the Credit Card Receipt has correct selection.
