Postby chicagotech » Thu Apr 19, 2007 4:46 pm

Situation: We setup Cisco 1310 Outdoor Wireless bridges for a client. It works fine. However, the client reports sometimes the wireless bridge receive "Station 000e.350b.f15b Authentication failed" log.

Troubleshooting. We compared working wireless client and no working client. We found the problem is the wireless setup. Since the client uses WPA TRIP with Windows IAS as authentication, they need to open Authentication in the Wireless properties. switch Smart Card or other Certificate to Protected EAP (PEAP).

Note: by default, it is setup Smart Card or other Certificate
