How to reset Cisco WLC to factory defaults

Q: I have Cisco WLC 2504 and try to reset to factory defaults. But it always ask me the user and it doesn't reset. Why?

A: You may have two ways to reset it. 1. Login the WLC using Putty and run reset command. 2. Press reset button. When you see the User:, type 'Recover-Config and press return. hat will reset the WLC. Here are the example.
