How can I ensure that WCS and WLC are in sync with each other?

A. In order to resync the controllers and WCS, follow these steps:

Go to Configure > Controllers, and check the box at the top of the IP Address list to choose all controllers.
Choose Save Config to Flash from the Select a Command drop-down list.
Click OK. This is a basic test to verify that SNMP works correctly, and the controllers will do as the WCS tells them.
Go to Configure > Controllers, and check the box at the top of the IP Address list to choose all controllers.
Use the Select a Command drop-down list to choose Refresh Config from Controllers.
Click OK. This tells the WCS to believe the new information from the controllers over anything it previously had known.
