VTP VLAN configuration not allowed when device is in CLIENT

Situation: When attempting to add a vlan to local database, you may receive this message: "VTP VLAN configuration not allowed when device is in CLIENT mode" as shown below.
3560_6#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
3560_6(config)#vlan 10
VTP VLAN configuration not allowed when device is in CLIENT mode.

Resolution: enable VTP server mode by this command:
3560_6(config)#vtp mode server

For example,
3560_6#vlan database
% Warning: It is recommended to configure VLAN from config mode,
as VLAN database mode is being deprecated. Please consult user
documentation for configuring VTP/VLAN in config mode.
