Vista: calculating time required to upload file

Situation: When you try to upload files to a FTP site through explorer using drag / drop, "Calculating the time required to upload the files" dialog appears in front of the confirm replace dialog for forever. If you cancel the calculating time required window it seems to freeze forever.

Solution 1: click Yes to confirm file replace.
