Unable to convert Windows 7 Enterprise system to VM

I don't have any issues converting a Server to a Virtual Machine, but I am unable to do a workstation for some reason. Any assistance would be appreciated. I have verified the winrm server is working fine.

I show the following error in the Event log of the workstation that i'm trying to convert to a virtual machine.

The VMMInstallDetector service terminated with service-specific error %%-2146041853.



This is the error I get on the SCE server when I'm trying to do the conversion.

Unable to copy 'Windows7pc"

An internal error has occurred trying to contanct an agent on the 'Windows7pc' server. (Error ID:2912, Detailed error: Unknown error (0x8004103a))

Ensure the agent is installed and running. Ensure the WS-Management is installed and running, then restart the agent.

I just tried it on a different computer and no issues. I'm really not sure what the issue is with the group of comuters I initially tried the conversion on, but it has to be something different in our MDT builds because we just moved to the newer model E6410 notebooks in our last batch. The computers all in the same GPO container and everything. Thanks for all your assistance and if I finally find the issue I'll let you know.
