Q: Running Windows 7. Every time I power down I get the same update message. "Please do not power off or unplug your maching. Installing update 1 of 17." How can I correct?

A: There are 3 options to fix it.
1. Start Windows Vista with the Windows installation media, and then use the Repair feature. PLease refer to this link: How do I use Windows Startup Repair? -

2. Start the system in safe mode, and then use the System Restore feature. Please refer to this link: www.chicagotech.net/wintroubleshooting.htm

3. Download the update and install it manually.
