Multiple displays issues

Case 1: The client reported he sometimes loss the mouse. The problem is he has a computer with Multiple displays and the second monitor is turn off.

Case 2: The client has a computer with Multiple displays. When we access his computer remotely, we lost the mouse. Resolution is disable Multiple displays.
