Situation: After the client added a new wireless router, all wireless computer can’t access the Internet. If ping a public IP, it displays: Destination host unreachable from the default gateway.

Pinging 4.2.2.1 with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 192.168.10.1: Destination host unreachable.
Reply from 192.168.10.1: Destination host unreachable.
Reply from 192.168.10.1: Destination host unreachable.
Reply from 192.168.10.1: Destination host unreachable.

Troubleshooting: He setup the wireless router using the same IP address 192.168.10.1 as the default gateway so that the wireless computers can’t pass the traffic to the Internet. Changing the wireless router to different IP fixed the problem.
