Import an email contact list from another email system

You want to import an email contact list from another
email system into the Exchange server.

I assume you have a CSV file to import and the following columns are in the
CSV file.

DisplayName, Email Address

We can use EMS command to import mail contacts into MailContacts OU. The
following are the cmdlet we should use:

Import-Csv Contacts.csv | ForEach { New-MailContact -Name $_.DisplayName
-ExternalEmailAddress $_.EmailAddress -OrganizationalUnit "MailContacts" }

Also, we can CSVDE to import a csv file into AD. The following article
