You can't telnet to the Exchange 2003 server

Problem Description:
================
You cannot telnet to the original Exchange 2003 server after installed a
coexisting environment.

Cause:
================
The inbound IP address was not set to unassigned on the Exchange 2003
server.

T-shooting Steps:
================
1. Open ESM.
2. Browse to Default SMTP Virtual Server.
3. Right click and select properties.
4. Under General tab, click Advanced.
5. Make sure the IP address is All Unassigned and TCP Port is 25.
