Don't have Login and settings in Shoretel Workgroup

Situation: A user doesn’t see Log In and Settings under her agent group. Also, if you go to Settings>Workgroup, you see this message: You don’t have permission to access this feature.

Resolution: you need to add the user to Workgroup Agent license instead of general license.
