How to tell Outlook Clutter you do want an Email

Postby chicagotech » Tue Jan 09, 2018 12:38 pm

If the Outlook move some emails to the Clutter folder but you would rather get those messages in your Inbox folder, move the messages to your Inbox folder using one of the following methods:
• Drag the message to the Inbox folder
• Right-click the message and select "Move -> Inbox"
• Select the "Move" icon from the Outlook ribbon and select "Inbox"

Once moved, Clutter learns your preference. It may take a few similar moves or days to strengthen the learning process.
