You can use these Exchange Management Shell commands:

Get-RoutingGroupConnector

Remove-RoutingGroupConnector

For example

[PS] C:\Documents and Settings\blin>Get-RoutingGroupConnector

Name SourceRoutingGroup TargetRoutingGroup
---- ------------------ ------------------
EXCHANGE-MAIL Exchange Routing Group ... First Routing Group
MAIL-EXCHANGE First Routing Group Exchange Routing Group ...

[PS] C:\Documents and Settings\blin>Remove-RoutingGroupConnector

cmdlet Remove-RoutingGroupConnector at command pipeline position 1
Supply values for the following parameters:
Identity: EXCHANGE-MAIL

Confirm
