No dependencies found for update Adobe Flash Player

We are running SCUP 2011 and SCCM 2007 on the same server and WSUS SP2 and hotfix have been installed. When attempting to pubish Adobe update, we can't see the update in the SCCM. The SCUP log have this message:

What could be the problem?

I fixed it. The problem is the permission issue. You need to add the user account to the WSUS Administrators group. Otherwise, you can't publish the update to WSUS. To add the account to WSUS Administrator group, open the Server Manager. Go to Configuration>Local Users and Groups.
