Server Error in '/' Application.both in IE and Firefox

i keep getting this when i try to go to the forums on xbox.com this happens in both in IE8 IE9 and Firefox

its actualy a account error i found out by logging into xbox.com with another account and i didnt get that error with the forums so i kinda know what the issue is but it depends on the xbox team to fix the issue
i just dont know how and if they will fix it since its only for certain accounts....
