Need assistance to configure Backup Exec 2012 R2

-found that the medium changer was not recognized in the device manager.
-requested the customer to change the library mode to random from automatic from the OCP on the RTL.
-customer changed it and rebooted the server and the RTL and still the same issue.
-found that the scsi configurtion was improper.
-adviced customer to connect the RTL using the same scsi and check the connection of the library and rebooted the server and now the medium changer gets detected properly on the device manager.
-customer told that he would reconfigure the partitions on the backup exec.
-ran the backup job and it completed successfully.
-all the utlity jobs like inventory also works fine.
-issue resolved.
