Outlook 2003 Calendar Issues

After migrating our Exchange from 2003 to 2010, the users report this issue. If I create an appointment on the some month, the Scheduling date and time shows normal.

If I create or copy the same appointment on the date of two months later, other users see my schedule is "No Information" and I see others' schedule also "No information".

However, if I open the two months later appointment in Outlook 2007, the schedule shows normal also. All our users' Outlook 2003 have the same issue.
