Click Mailto opening Chrome instead of Outlook - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The click mailto link, it opens Chrome instead of Outlook. How can switch it to open Outlook?

1. In Outlook click File>Options>General, check Make Outlook the default program for mail, Contact, and Calendar.

2. If that doesn't fix the problem, go to Chrome Settings. Click Show advanced settings. Under Privacy, click Content Settings. Under Handlers, click click Manager Handlers. Make sure it is not setup Outlook or Mailto.
