Can't login ADFS server using IE - Resolution with screenshots

I installed AD FS server and AD Sync tool on one of our servers. It works and we can sync all users to the office 365. When I try to login Office 365 portal, it redirects to AD FS server. The problem is I can login ADFS using Firefox, but not IE. I have tried different computers and different IE version. All of IE versions have the same problem. On the screenshot, let is Firefox with "You are signed in and right is IE with No Authorized.

Troubleshooting: I read this article "A federated user is repeatedly prompted for credentials during sign-in to Office 365, Azure, or Windows Intune". Switch the order of Integrated and Forms based.
