Outlook Local Archive disappears after migration - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: after we migrated our mailboxes from Exchange to office 365. Some user can't see their local archive folder.

Troubleshooting: We check the AutoArchive settings. It has correct settings. The problem is we need to enable Download shared folder in Account Settings. To do that, click File>Account Settings>Change>More Settings>Advanced. Make sure the  Download shared folder is checked.
