Can't get promised Internet speed because of Peplink settings

Situation: The client has upgrade their Comcast modem speed from 25/5 MB (download/upload) to 50/10. However, the speed never goes 25/5. Comcast technician came to test it and didn't find any issues.

Troubleshooting: The Peplink was setup bandwidth 25/50. It speeds up after change them to 50/10. How to do that, access the peplink web utility. Click Network>WAN. Then double click on the modem and you will see the settings as shown below.
