HP Thin Client RDP Client Error: Could not create connection - Resolution with screenshots

Connect to servername 3389 SSL_write: I/O error - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: When attempting to use HP t410 Thin Client to access Windows 2008 R2 RDS, you may receive this message: RDP Client Error: Could not create connection. Connect to servername 3389 SSL_write: I/O error.

Resolution: 1. It problem could be the Thin Client try to access the RD Server using SSL but doesn't have correct certificate. To fix it, go to RD Manager, change the security layer to RDP Security Layer from Negotiate under General tab.

2. Import Certificate to the Think Client.
