 Find out which machine send out spam

Situation: The SBS 2003 is running POP3 Connector. The ISP said the company is sending spam and will stop the internet service. How can we find out which machine is sending the spam?

Troubleshooting: 1. Checked the Relay that is setup to deny all replay.
2. Enabled Router outbound traffic and found one of computers keep sending email as shown below.
