Outlook is slow because of too many items - Resolution with screenshots

Situation: The client use Microsoft Office 365 service. Some users' Outlook is very slow.

Troubleshooting: Make sure there are less than 5000 items in Inbox, Sent Items. To check the status, right click on Inbox or Sent Items, select Properties. Then click on Synchronization.
