Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups - Resolution with screenshots

Situation; One of our users keeps receiving "Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups" since this morning. She is only person has this problem.

Troubleshooting: 1. When we close the Outlook 2003 and restart it, it prompt for the password. However, it asks for login the Exchange server instead of the domain.

2. If we open the Outlook Connection Status (please refer to this page:

It shows disconencted.

Resolution: 1. Have the user login domain instead of Exchange server (e.g. domain\username instead of exch-cas\username).

2. Make sure the computer has correct DNS settings.

3. Re-login the user to the domain.
